Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Cajin Solar account by contacting support from the email address or phone number linked to your account.
Steps to request account deletion
1. Email support@cajinsolar.com with the subject “Cajin Solar Account Deletion Request”.
2. Include your full name, member ID if available, registered phone number, and registered email address.
3. If you are a staff user, include your company or staff role so we can verify the correct account.
4. Cajin Solar support may contact you to confirm ownership before processing the request.
5. After verification, we will disable or delete your account and remove personal profile information that is no longer needed for service, legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Data we delete or de-identify
Where deletion is approved and legally permitted, we delete or de-identify personal profile data such as your name, contact details, app preferences, device push tokens, notification registration data, and other account information that is not required to keep operational records.
Data we may keep
We may retain records that are necessary for legitimate business, legal, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and service-operation purposes. This may include payment records, charging session records, financing or hire-purchase records, station activity logs, support history, audit records, and records connected to outstanding balances or unresolved service issues.
Retention period
Personal data that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified after the deletion request is verified and processed. Records that must be retained for legal, accounting, audit, tax, security, or dispute-resolution reasons may be kept for as long as required by applicable law or legitimate operational need, after which they will be deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
Active subscriptions, balances, or financing
If your account has an active charging plan, wallet balance, unpaid balance, financing agreement, hire-purchase record, or unresolved support matter, we may need to resolve those items before completing deletion.
